Raspberry lemonade would be good, too..... good luck! I love crawfish, too. (I'm just a southern transplant, though, so breaking off their little heads is still kind yuck!)

Good for ya cruzantx... I've gone to the crawfish fest up in Spring a couple of times and had fun. This year I'll just have to enjoy 'em with a big glass of iced tea.

Haha! This sounds so cool! You know, and madly foreign It's pig roasts where I come from - carve off a slab and whack it between two slices of crusty bread ... puts hairs on your chest, grrr

Fresh crawfish - I am so Jealous! My record was almost 5#, no room for anything but those delish mudbugs. Oh man...I can recall that wonderful smell of boil in the air....will have to settle for a Catfish Po'boy for lunch...with tea :-]

nonblondechef..... I can easily eat ten pounds. And I'm a thin person. I never get full eating crawfish.... and artsoul, I have no problem breaking off and even sucking the little heads. p.s....I'm a transplant, too, and I'm never leaving Thanks for the Rasberry Lemonade suggestion.

Love crawfish boils! Hope you have a great time with whatever good beverage you choose.

Another thing I think goes great with crawdads is Cajun music, so happy and makes me feel like dancing.
