Mango blast

For today, I will be grateful with all my heart. I will pray and let God take my troubles. I will meditate and clear my mind. I will breath deeply, go outside, enjoy the sunshine and find something to laugh about. I will eat well and be glad for all the good in my life.

If AH decides to drink the day away, that is his choice. I choose to enjoy my day. He is not dead (yet); I have done what I can and the rest is up to him.

Today is a good day, and I will embrace it and be grateful for it.
