Fortunately I'm not working so at the moment I can catch some rest during the day but I'd sure like to get a good night sleep in bed with my husband... Not being hard on myself though..my body is healing and I have to let it do it's thing...;-)

I couldn't sleep if my life depended on it the first week. It got a little (very little) better the second. In the third I was finally able to depend on getting a full 8 hours and wanting more, it just wasn't always at night . So I am hoping that this fourth week I will start to develope more of a regular pattern. Of course after a couple of weeks I am going to be on shift work again so I will be screwed, but I suppose that is where the sleeping whenever part comes in handy.
Yeah the sleep is funny, but at least if I dont sleep, if I wake in the middle of the night, it isnt with a hangover. I can then make that time positive, and read a little , or listen to the radio, have even been known to post on SR too.
Take the positives , I find that helps
