15 days
Glad it's 15 days, but everything is kinda irritating me today. I went to a meeting at the hospital and that was okay but I thought it was a step book meeting and it was a discussion and I was a little irritated. Well now I know.
At least the long walk to the meeting from the parking garage wasn't a big deal, getting better physically, thank God.
My ex stopped helping out as much now that I'm sober and that irritates me.
I think it's a woman thing. I don't want to drink. Just blowing off steam.

What better place to let off steam than here..Do you have a meeting list that tells what type meetings they are?....And it's great you are looking for step and BB meetings....It's good to mix it up. Congrats on 15 days....Just take it a day at a time.

"irritable, restless, and discontent" fit me to a T. I found a program to work and I am working it like my life depends on it (my life does depend on sobriety).
You are so normal at 15 days of sobriety. Are you using AVRT or AA?

Hi Stairs,
I'm at 15 days today also, and I've been irritable like crazy. Pretty much anything can set me off.
I ran into someone I knew at an AA meeting. She came up afterwards and told me, "I picked up some personality traits in you from when we used to work together, and that made me not surpised to see you here tonight". I about wanted to punch her in the face.
From what I've heard, the irritability does pass.
