Day 3

Good afternoon all!!
Not really feeling good today just kinda foggy" off"and tired.
Heart beating fast and some anxiety about what's going on but other than that I guess I'm ok
Gonna try and just relax this afternoon
Have a wonderful sober day all!!

My opinion is those feelings are par for the course. Hang in there so you don"t have to go through it again. Take care!

Yep, just take your time and relax and stay hydrated. This to shall pass and like sissy said you never have to go through it again.

I agree - sounds perfectly normal for Day 3. Things will begin to look up, soon. You're doing great - be proud.

Good for you!! For me to make it through and past Day 3, I had to quit my job which I hated and had alcohol all around the office daily, binge for a few days, quit, start having paranoid delusions and halucinations, have my hubby take me to the ER so I could be admitted for Detox, stay in the hospital for four days and now I am finally to Day 7!!....sometimes our HP needs to go to extremes to get us to finally listen.
