Wicked Relapser- Back & Well
okay, you know the bit; over 3 months, then 2 months, then 37 days, then seizure, then 18 days, BAD binge relapse, now sober One Week at midnight.
the first three days of withdrawal were bad, headaches and insomnia, after that it seemed easier- fewer headaches, sleeping better and eating like a pig now. My concentration and focus are much, much better. I can drive without anxiety, I can read more, I think more, I am less negative. No pink cloud, but things are certainly better already ! (and it was not easy to get this week back in...)
AND- for fun, I'm learning Linux !
thanks to this site for all your help & support !

You sound like me ... 8 months of sobriety in the last year, just not continuous. Came back earlier this month and now working on Day 19. It can be done; just keep reminding yourself that every time you go back out, it gets worse and harder to get back. If you make it back at all.
I'm glad you're here!
