newcomer
This has been an informative website for me and just decided to join! I had a substance abuse problem(anything i could get my hands on) when I was a teenager(2 or 3 years).......was a weekend drinker guy for my 20s and now in my 30s looking forward to be sober.......not in any program, but i have not had a drink in 1 year and 3 months(not easy....lol....i miss it)! quit smoking 4 years ago, and no caffeine now! looking forward to contribute to this forum........God Bless!

Welcome to SR dang you got some time running I am sure it wasn't easy. I will work on the drinking first then maybe all that other stuff.
