One Day Sober

Last night I received a lot of support. I appreciate it all. I am fine day one of detox, I am still alive. We will see if I can get to a meeting today and find a sponsor. To guide me through these steps. I know my grandfather is a alchoalic and he has been sober for 25 plus years. So I know it is possible. Yet my relapses are reoccurring I am still very fearful of my chances of sobriety sense history tends to repete itself.

Thank you again everybody.

You don't have to fall back into relapse.

Focus on your recovery and make it your priority.

I used to relapse too - until I didn't.

Whatever happened in the past stays there - you can do things differently this time - get as much support as you can, and stay committed to staying sober.

You're not alone PBODY

The past is done. You can write the next chapter.

Never give up hope and hard work. You can do this.

You can do it, PBODY. I also relapsed dozens of times - now I have over 4 yrs. We can do it when we're finally ready - and you sound ready.
