been there to Fitz I started over again a week ago today, please dont feel badly many go out and never come back, give yourself a lot of credit for being one of the ones that are able to come back. Your not starting over your just picking up where you left off.

Fitz-
Look at how good you are doing. You've already made plans for help. In your case, cause I believe you really want sobriety, this might just be a stepping stone in your journey in recovery.

I am so sorry

I know you have been struggling lately. I am glad you are getting right back to treatment though.

If you could pinpoint a reason, what was the cause of the relapse?

I keep going to meetings every day and talking to my sponsor and others in the program. I don't have the desire to drink, but I am afraid it might pop up all of the sudden. My husband is going out of town and I am kind of nervous about it.
