I have to take certain meds too Fitz- it's a quality of life thing.
The drugs I take and the reasons I take them are miles away from the way things used to be

Thanks just like I should be off everything but not working. Diet and exercise has really helped but I need to realize that emotional/mental issues just like physical ones don't just go away by wishing on a star but I still like star wishing.

Awww Fitz It is difficult to find balance in life when we were so OUT of balance for so long. Taking perscribed medication to make life livable is necessary sometimes. Please don't be so hard on yourself, you aren't doing anything wrong when you follow the Doctors orders. Everything will balance out eventually, don't give up the fight

Fitz needing medication isn't a sign of weakness. Its part of taking care of yourself. I struggle with this, too.

Pets really know thihgs been licking me like I have an issue guess I di do but took him out for walk and am on SR all good if I let it be you guys arecawesome
