My new life is 14 days old today!
And I am fully committed to the AVRT program - something I didn't know existed before coming here to SR. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction of a program that I can identify with. And thanks TU for taking the time to provide me with all the information that you did - I really appreciated your thoughtfulness. I knew I was on the right track when I made that decision to change my life 14 days ago but I had never known anyone to accomplish was I was looking to accomplish in the method I had chosen. Each time I explored the possibility of living a life without alcohol I was directed to certain ways of thinking that just didn't align with my believes about my struggles. But, AVRT provided me the validation I needed that let me know I was not only NOT alone with my way of thinking but that I am without a doubt on a sustainable track. Life is good! Thanks again SR!
