Sober Day 23
- Felt properly awake as soon as I woke up.
- No coughing, no acid reflux, no wobbly stomach.
- Long cold glass of low-cal ice tea tasted amazing. I used to think washing away hungover dehydration felt good - washing away a healthy morning thirst feels FAR better.
- Jumped on the scale and I've lost 5.5lbs in 3 weeks.
- Bashed through a load of work really quickly.
I could get used to this.
