Starting over

ok, I have to start over after this weekend. We went away for the weekend with our friends and the house that we stayed at was full of opened alcohol. I lasted a day before giving in....
Did not drink too much, or neglected any of my responsibilities, or did anything stupid... but still ........

I'm sorry to heart that vanpol - I know I fell victim to too much too soon a time or two by either overestimating myself or underestimating the occasion...

Looking back, the couple of times I relapsed were in social situations, too. Sometimes I think it helps to review what we were thinking before we picked up that drink.

You had some momentum going before and those sober days still count on the plus side. Make some adjustments and jump back in....:day6
