Good to be in recovery but lots of sadness
Communicating with a freind I drank away and it broke my heart but I can't retreive or relive my past. I am so sorry for hurt I've done but can only go forward. I think recovery is about owning up, accepting and moving on as a healthier person, don't know what else to do. Today I am sober. Today I am sane.
