Day 27 and ventured into a bar
...and didn't drink alcohol or even think about it! A much easier feat than I had imagined, I drank water and was the DD. This was an important milestone for me especially because I haven't even hit 30 days just yet 
I went with 2 "normie" friends and the one knows I had quit but doesn't really understand. I had said before that I hadn't been in a bar sober before, his reply "let loose and have a couple beers, just don't go crazy". Yeah, as if LOL.
I told him I want alcohol completely out of my system so that means none. He offered again at the bar and I just shook my head.
Overall I am glad to get that over-with as I was dreading the day to be honest.
