Hi all.
Did anyone watch Dr. Drew Wednesday night? If so, did you see where they discussed putting the doctor who prescribes opiates, benzos, etc. to an addict on written notice that if he continues to prescribed to said addict and something happens you will file a malpractice claim against said doctor? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Yes...I did!

He said if it was someone that had been to rehab and had been determined to be an
addict.
That was the big disclaimer (in my mind) but I didn't think he was CLEAR about that.
