I've been around this site for years.....just reading and lurking. I began my last journey to staying stopped on May 16, 2011. I re-joined shortly afterwards with a new alias (I had brain fog and couldn't remember much).
To the newcomer, I will let you know that you can stay stopped, too. I have 9 months today. Yay to my Higher Power and myself.

And yes if you and I can do it anyone can, it takes work. Its not just a physical addiction, but a whole life changing process. And love your comments and your dedication to helping others. Keep on rockin it.
