Back to day one
Judging from what my husband told me (and the way I look this morning) last night was pretty interesting. Last thing I remember is opening the first bottle of vodka. As much as I didn't want to know what last night was like I had to ask because it reminds me of why I shouldn't drink. Got up this morning, poured out the rest of the booze, going back to bed to spend the day there. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
I hope tomorrow is better for you, too.
I've had so many days ones I couldn't possibly count them. Then, like you, spending the day in bed racked by fear, anxiety and regret.
Think that next drink through to the end is what works for me.
It's a good day to start over.

I am sorry you had a bad night and will have a worse day.
Tomorrow will be better. I think ghostlight said it very well. Think that first drink through to the end. I will remember that one.
As much as I am on day 3, I am now having that fantasy creep up: the one where I can just have one or tow glasses of wine.
We just can't.
I hope you feel better later.
