I Need To Be Aware to Be Sober

This morning my dogs fetching and tugging was so cute this afternoon he irritatated me. I had to understand his behavior didn't change my attitude did. The point being I went there with drink. I let my attitude allow my drinking. Changing thought, being mindful I don't need to pick up. I controll my behavior, just need to remember.
