Day 21 and Tired..
That's a pretty typical feeling for most people, remember your body is recovering so give it some time and have patience and things should even out. Try to take good care of yourself, eat well, get plenty of sleep and try to get some exercise in. If you don't think things are improving as they should please check in with your doctor if need be. Great job on the 3 weeks!

21 Days!!! -- GOOD FOR YOU!!! I'm day 10 and still feel like a bag of toys I agree with Bikeguy. I think it's pretty typical for most.
Idea -- If you have a juicer, go on google and type recipes for energy etc. I just purchased a juicer and use it every morning. It has made a huge difference and, I also now take a multivitamin. Be proud of yourself and keep up the GREAT work!!!
