love the thread!

Does anyone else have that strange feeling in that split second when you first wake that you think you are hungover. Then you realize you aren't and its wonderful!

Yes. It's a good feeling. I tell you it also feels good to not have to start the day with a blurry call to work saying you don't feel well and can't come in.

Don't forget about falling asleep vs. Passing out!

Yes I always passed out and came to 7 months still not sleeping well but at least I know I'm not sleeping well. I 'd rather feel bad than not feel.

You could set your watch on the consistent 8 hour sleeps I've been getting lately (day 14). Those NEVER happened before, 3 hours one night, 6 the next, 3 the day after, then 12 on the weekend. The consistent rest alone has me on cloud 9. Loving it!

Nice, this made me smile today Being sober in many ways is about learning new, healthy habits.
