A Tough Day Until I Moved My Thought
Was very depressed today and wallowing in it and then I decided it's up to me. Moved around, played with the pup took a ride drank some super food got on SR. So much is in my control if I just remember. I have all these diagnosed disorders but breathing, moving, loving really help. And not drinking.
