perhaps put yourself into different social settings--like volunteering or a part time job or a range of new hobbies etc., that will bring you into contact with new friends who do more in life then go to bars?
Great Job however, keep it up!

Congrats on your day
Takes a long time to get here, so a new way of living also does take lots of learning. I use the gym and library alot these days. Great for personal time and such, but for me meetings really helped me meet new sober friends that dont hang at the bar .

Good job on 50 days!! Things are going to work out...... It was hard for me to be patient in the beginning, too. Just know that being sober means you'll be ready and able for new things to start showing up in your life. We never know what might be just around the corner.....

My friends don't go to bars, I've gotten some new friends.
Congratulations on the 50 days, it won't always be boring. If you've spent a lot of time drinking and recovering from drinking you've probably got a lot of time on your hands now. As you gain more experience in being sober you will find ways to fill your time up.
