Day 7 doing good..Does anyone no if...
I was just looking over my blood work does any one know if its real bad cause my AST(SGOT) is 38 an my ALT (SGPT) is 65 and I had a trace of bilirubin in my urine. Today I have had this scared feeling like afraid of dying...sounds crazy but my emotions the last 2 days has been up and down and all over the place. My blood work is from October.
Nel, I can't answer your questions about the numbers you posted. You should talk to your doc about that. I'm almost a month and a half sober and my emotions are still all over the place. From what I understand, it takes are emotions some time to level off after we quit drinking or drugging. For some it happens quicker than others.
Great job on your week sober!
God bless.

Congratulations on day 7 of your new life Nel68!!!!!! I can relate to the emotional roller coaster you are going through now. I'm on day 39 and still get those bumps here and there. I can tell you that they will surely become weaker as you gain more sober days under your belt. Just hang in there and regardless of what happens DON'T take that first drink!!!! You are not alone!!!
Hi Nel,
I have no idea what you are talking about. See a doctor. Good on you, 7 days is great and good to hear you are feeling the benefits of sobriety.
Everyone is different but my emotions were up and down going in all directions, they are just beginning to "normalise" I still have to figure out what normal is.
Our lives can only get better if we don't pick up a drink and follow a good program.
