We've all survived the holidays (yay!). We've put the decorations away (both the false emotional ones, and the tangible ones).

And now 2012 is upon us.

May we all find the resources within yourselves that you need, may we all discover new things that help us develop and maintain a healthy psyche, and may the new year bring us a better understanding of ourselves and those we share this planet with.

What a relief. It's over. And I did make it ok. New years eve was a little lonely as always, I never join in any partying but stayed in with treats and movies. This is the first year I felt so healthy. My husband even commented on what a nice holiday it was this year. Just knowing others are struggling and overcoming gives a lot of hope. I'm actually not fearing next year, what a relief. Thanks
