Made it!!
Just wanted to say that i made it to the AA meeting. Dare i say i actually enjoyed it. It was women only and very small and i was that comftable i shared. I have been to a few meetings in the past but only half heartedly. This time i got it and identifyed with EVERYTHING said.
My stint in rehab was short but i learnt more about the 12 steps and addiction. Iam on antabuse and acamprosate ( campril ) but realise i need more recovery tools for the long term. Think im ready to deal with my isolating aswell.
Anyway just wanted to share that!!! now ive started sharing not sure i can stop!!!

Peace2012,
Welcome to the forum. Glad to hear you got to an AA meeting that you like and can identify with. I have been 7 months sober now with the help of AA and this forum. It can be a bit rocky at the beginning so keep posting. I have a very strong feeling that you will make it.
All the best
