I woke up this morning thinking about all of you. Merry Christmas!

Today will be a wonderful day for some, it will be an incredibly sad day for others, and for some, it will be an angry day.

My wish this Christmas is that no matter what is going on in your life, the demons, disappointments, expectations, hopes, fears or anxiety....that sometime today, if only for a few moments, that you experience peace.

That no matter how hectic the day gets, that you have time to just stop a moment for yourself and just breath. You are alive, and this moment in time, be it good or bad, is your moment. Hug that moment, and yourself.

Oh, frankly, you always have just the right words.

I have found that bad days don't last forever and often the difference between a bad day and a good day is about two days.

I have found that my life was blessed on bad days and good and that I have always been led to where I am supposed to be. Sadness brought me courage, and courage brought me change, and I am so very grateful for even the blessing of sadness in my life, because it brought me to the good place I am today.
