Day 5....and doing well....

Been sober for 5 days now, but it is has been easy because I am surrounded by family so I am not bored and lonely. That is when those demons show up for me when I'm alone at night, which is almost always the last year. I have no urge what so ever to drink, but I am already worried about what will happen when everyone leaves at the end of the holidays....... :**

good to know you're doing ok Jaynee

I found it best to try and stay in the day - all I have to do today is commit to staying sober.

There's always support here, if and when you need it.

Try and relax and enjoy your family time - deal with 'then' then

Congratualtions. Well done. Like Dee says, stay in the day.
