is this normal?
So my BF just got out of two weeks of rehab. Today was really his first day by himself and without constant interactions with others. He choose not to go into work today because he wasn't feeling well. I got home and hes seems not to be able to keep on one train of thought. I can tell his mind is just racing. He also said that he feels very jittery and is having strong cravings (opiates is the drug of choice) which he never had while in rehab.
Is this normal? and what can I do, if anything, to support him? I know I can not help him, but I am unsure of what my role should be here.

I'm confused too.. I think you had said he was smoking weed regularly as well.
He should have the tools he needs to deal with the thoughts he's having, or phone numbers to call for support, or meetings he can go to if he's unsettled and that's the path he's taking in recovery.
As for your role, you really don't have one, it's his recovery.. take care of you!
