Hi. I am new here and kind of unsure what to do. I have been addicted to benadryl for 2 years. I started taking it to sleep, then as my dosage increased, I realized it made me hallucinate if I took enough. I started taking it around the clock and now all I do is think about how to get it. I have spasms and can't sleep without it. When I do take it I can't tell what's real and what isn't . I go through 100 25 mg every 2-3 days. I'm losing touch with everything.
