No Contact
She started calling me again this morning. She called 13 times yesterday. Only once today. I will not answer. I feel good about no contact. I am on the 2nd day after the screaming call I got yesterday morning. I feel different in this little time. I can't talk to her right now.

I am proud of you! I have now gone over 2 weeks without contact with my 21-year old son...the longest ever. He has called a couple times but did not leave messages. I can only imagine how hard it is to hear the screaming. But you are correct -- you do not have to answer, or to talk to her. Stay strong. <3
