I am working on doing less approval seeking. I think it will add to my overall emotional well being. I figure the less energy I put into trying to attaina someones ( boss, children, friends, etc ) approval the more energy I will have trying to work on me.The more I can work on the criticism I have found that I am confronting now that my old manipulations are not working. As I begin to welcome these and become less defensive I can work on my own character defects and see it all as a gift so to speak.....
