I used to get tweaker dreams all the time when I was in rehab, I'm not used to having drinking dream. It was so real and in my dream I was so depressed I was drunk. It was so weird. I woke up and was so grateful it was a dream. Today is day 11

Yeah, I've had a couple of those -- guilt is a weird feeling to have in a dream. Made me especially happy to wake up.

Ii had one of those last night. It was so vivid. I thought it was a good idea to get some bottle of a chocolate liquor and drink it with my coffee. I remember buying it in the store, feeling guilty at the checkout line, and getting home and rationalizing why it wasn't a big deal. Luckily, this was only a dream! I am awake, sober, and heading out to a meeting in an hour.

I had a dream last night that I was drinking and hiding my booze again. I am at 5 months today. They seem so real. Even the buzz. I hate those dreams

I am on Day 11 today too! Congrats! A couple of days ago I had a dream that I was drunk and completely embarrassing myself and making a mess of things. It's a good feeling to wake up and realize that not only it was a dream, but to be reminded of why you stopped in the first place.
