Day 4 and time to face consequences

Today will be tough, but I'm being selfish. It'll be a walk in the park compared to the worry I caused my family, friends and colleagues last week.

But I'm telling myself this is an important part of the recovery process. Whatever else happens, things can only be better if I keep off the booze.

Got through a day I was dreading and best of all no alcohol.

Yeah, facing the days after drinking too much is terrible. Looks like you made through the first day....congratulations. We have all been there. Do yourself a favor and stay sober. We are with you all the way!
