Sorry. I actually called in to work today because I was so behind on my school work. I was just about to go to bed and I thought about you. I am hoping your day was good and everything went well. I'll have to look around at your posts or see if you left me a message. Even when I'm not on here, know that I am thinking about you and I believe in you! Tomorrow and Wednesday will be kind of crazy around here. I won't have a chance to mess up because I will be running all over the place with the family. I will, however, do what I can to make sure I check in with you, even if its a crazy time of night...or morning.

Keep going to meetings and read, u are doing it right, I know its tough, but we are tougher!!!!! U can Do This!!!! For U and U feel better....
Remeber its one day @ a time, thats all we can ask for and really thats all I can handle right now, so I thank God for that...

Hi lorilou. Thanks for checking on me. I made it through yesterday and now I'm on day 10! I'm feeling much better today. I have a clearer head and can remind myself why I quit in the first place. Yesterday, not so much. I felt so desperate yesterday. Today, I have hope again. I know one thing for sure. If I had any drugs in the house, I would have relapsed. I was out of my mind. I appreciate everyone's support through this. I'm so grateful I found this forum. I just read and read and read everyone's posts. I even went in the live chat room last night for help. I got through it, and survived it without using. Today is looking brighter. For now, I'm still taking it an hour at a time. I know I will not use today.

Keep up the good fight Cassandra!! You've got lots and lots of people both cheering you on and checking up on you. One thing about this place - there is always someone there for you!!
