hard walk on sat night

thank you all for helpin me throught sat night, it was hard but the benifits of waking up sober was worth it. i feel great, today we are goin to go food shoppin and watch football. i am goin to cook the crap out of some food today. THANK YOU AGAIN SR

awesome job geno. Those cravings are tough to get through. So it really helps when you do get through them, and then notice how they aren't as strong the next day.

Getting past the cravings is also so hard for me, but it's all worth it the next morning to wake up feeling great!

Way to go, geno!

Getting through the hard days is always made me feel a little bit stronger and more confident. It really does get better, so take heart. It's just going to feel bumpy at first.

Hope you enjoy shopping, football, and cooking the crap out of your food! (that made me chuckle - sounds really yummy, geno!.......
