Does anyone have any reccomendations for anxiety
I have tried exercise, breathing, reading, herbal remedies, green tea, but it is the so bad. I just lay down and breath heavy. or is that even anxiety?
Any help on the subject would be appreciated.

Can you identify a trigger? Or is it more general anxiety/dread? In the past when I have had heart pounding anxiety & fear, it really has helped for me to identify just what is going on. Try to stop yourself & even break it down & write it out. I wish I could help you. For me I grew up with an underlying sense of anxiety and dread, even fearing what the mail or a phonecall would/could bring. Anxiety sucks.
