Yo yo, what helps your anxiety? Seems every 30 days like clock work this dang anxiety comes back and I start worrying about a bunch of stupid stuff.

My suggestion is to go wear yourself out if you're physically able too. Go walk a few miles, work out - get physical. Immerse yourself in a great book and let your mind escape.

Never mind, I guess it hits some of the same receptors as benzos so my guess would be it is somewhat addictive. Valarian is to benzos as Kratom is to opiates?

For anxiety I have tried an all natural product called calm forte. I do believe it is made by hylands. It is non addictive, and just helps bring down that anxiety a little. I found that it would just mellow me out.

I ask the same question!! I get the same answers too go for a walk etc at the minute I have a list i want to accomplish I know its one day at a time one thing at a time I reckon i put way too much pressure on myself. I have stopped drinking caffeine though and started drinking herbal teas and my doctor has put me on anti-depressants to stop the crazy anxiety i feel. I stopped using like aug 2010 and am now going through a fast rapid methadone detox and to think i was saying a few months ago 'this is easy i have done it already' ha!
