restless hot legs

Hi , I am 31 days sober,YEAH ME!! I'm wondering if anyone has experienced hot restless legs at night. The last week has been just awful, last night I never slept at all. I don't know if it has anything to do with quitting drinking??

Restless leg is a pretty widespread condition - it may be connected to quitting, but there may be other reasons for it too.

If you're concerned best see your Dr

Yes, definitely, and for me it doesn't have to do with stopping drinking.

And, I have no good solutions for the problem.

Dosing out on a valerian root concoction for sleep, best sleep I've had in over 15 years after only 5+ weeks of sobriety... can't help on the legs, mine were due to the awful anxiety from withdrawals but that mostly subsided within the first 2 weeks. Still get cold, clammy palms though, mildly bothersome but better than a non-stop hangover!
