New here!
Soon to be single mother of 4 and happy about it. Delighted actually. Don't need much, just reading the threads from you who've been through this, are going through this, or looking forward to this, is enough mostly. Just wanted to introduce myself because I ask a lot of questions. I apologize in advance. Married to an alcoholic for 13 years. Detaching myself from that mess now. It's not easy but it is necessary. Married him young, drinking got worse, left him once, came home when he stopped and promised if he ever started again we'd be done. He did, we're done. And that's the short version.
