help please
Hey I am starting day one of being off opiates and would like to know what I should expect and what I can do to make this alittle easier. I am doing this cold turkey. I have been oxy for over a year about 40 to 50 mg a day around average. Please any advice would help. Thank you...

Do check out the Substance Abuse section - a lot of people have been where you are and turned things around.
Getting through withdrawal isn't easy, but it's better than a life of addiction. Congratulations on your decision, and get medical help if you need it....

Hope you are hanging in there. I'm withdrawing myself and trying to bare knuckle it....lots of water, benadryl and ibuprofen for aches and pains.......hang on...just keep praying.....don't stop praying....i'm right here with you, trust me.
