Smile 90 Days Completely Sober Today!!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say that today I have 90 days of sobriety!! I couldn't have done it without all of the support that I've found here and in AA.

My life has improved on so many different levels:

- I lost 20 lbs.
- I wake up in the morning feeling great
- My stress level is way down
- I have a positive outlook
- I never have to worry about what I said or did the night before
- I never have to worry about blackouts
- I can drive wherever I want, whenever I want.
- I don't live in fear of getting pulled over by the police
- I have better relationships with everyone who is close to me
- I have been performing better at work
- My blood pressure is normal
- My triglycerides are normal
- My blood sugar is normal
- I have more money
- I am less depressed
- I have more self-confidence

This list goes on and on and that is just after 90 days! I can't imagine how it must feel after many years of sobriety!

I am just so happy now and I plan to continue with my program of recovery. Sure I have my bad days, but now that I'm sober I can say the the good days definitely outweigh the bad days. The best thing I ever did for myself was get sober and I never want to return to the life I had while I was drinking.
Thank you so much SR!!! I am very, very grateful!!!

Congrats!
It does feel better. But always remember that it isn't getting better. You're getting better.

Well done, glad your feeling better. I hit all those things too, except the driving part, I don't own a car.

When I focus on what’s good today, I have a good day. When I focus on what’s bad, I have a bad day. If I focus on the problem, the problem increases. If I focus on the answer, the answer increases.
