Hit 100 days sober today. Feels really good...I wasn't a "frequent" drinker...more of an occasional binge and blackout drinker.

My favorite part of sobriety?

I feel SO MUCH more productive at work! I wasn't a big weeknight drinker, but I would occasionally have some drinks on a work-night...the next day, I'd feel awful, hardly able to get anything done. Now, I can always count on being 100% on my game at work, and it's made me a better colleague...I like how what I present to the professional world is now the whole truth, it's who I really am.

Also, just knowing wherever I go, I can ALWAYS drive home!

Thanks for the support so far, reading this site has been and will continue to be a huge help to my sobriety.

Isn't that wonderful? I used to get so nervous when a cop was behind me - now I don't care cause I'm not doing anything wrong.
