Hi,
I had been using opiods for 20 plus years and I finally decided to get help.
I went to a treatment center which really helped and I am still going to out patient program, I have learned soo much about my addication.
I still think about the drug, I am only 10 days clean, and proud I am!!!
if there is anyone who can talk to me or help me out I would appreciate it..

Thanks Everyone, lorilou1

Ten days! You are doing so well, don't give up, and try to keep as positive as possible. Don't give yourself the time to start wallowing and getting tempted! Break habits that "remind" you to use. One thing that I am realizing is that in order to stay sober I need to change my WHOLE life, not just the drinking. Maybe it's the same for you?
