2 weeks taking my eye off the ball, feeling very poorly and couldnt get to see my Gp for another 2 weeks. Decided again that the only one who is going to get me through this is ME. Oh and you guys. So no alcohol last night, have set up a web page about growing food in your own garden to keep me busy.

OK still sober but the vertigo got me on Monday morning and Ive fallen downstairs, very bruised and sore. I may have cracked my ribs but Im still at work, I have a week off next week and Im so looking forward to having a bit of a rest

hello again, I went to a house party on Saturday and didnt drink !!!! I volunteered to drive, was really funny watching the antics of everyone else. Trouble was being in a social situation without a drink I became very anxious and my tummy did horrible things IBS I suppose.
