3 Weeks
Don't get too discouraged by the weight. I did and then after 3 months I started losing slowly. I was a heavy beer drinker and I figured I was cutting out about 3k empty calories or more a night. But my eating habits changed too and I craved sweets. All of this subsided and I started losing and feeling better.
Good luck!

to echo what fandy said, give yourself some time, your body is used to doing what it did 3 weeks ago, and its a stubborn thing, it doesn't like change so it takes its time to come around to your new way of life.
It will come eventually and you will wonder what you were worried about
great work on 3 weeks!

Congrats on 3 weeks!
You might want to look at the fitness forum on SR if you're really concerned about your weight (usually when people are concerned about their weight, their weight isn't really that bad). I weigh 170 and I think I'm overweight, but in reality I'm actually in the "norm".

Congratulations on your sober time! It takes a while for the weight to come off. Like Fandy said, it seemed to show in my face first. I have just over 7 months & have lost about 32 pounds now. I walk my dogs a lot and do yoga 2Xweek, plus lots of chores around my little acreage. I'll bet one day soon you'll notice the puffiness and pounds diminishing
