Today, I woke up without a hangover!
Today I woke up without a hangover, and it felt great. So far, my withdrawals are minimal, I guess that is because of all the Vitamin B6 I have been taking. I have my mind made up. This is the last time. This time, I will do it. So, I have a meeting at 7:00 tonight and I gotta say, last night was pretty awesome being sober. Here's to day 2! As always I thank all of you for the support you have given me. It helps tremendously.

Congratulations on your decision to stop drinking! It really does feel amazing to wake up fresh after a full night's sleep, to be productive at work, to not have to hide your hangover from people, to smile at other people, to LIVE again. It won't be easy the next few weeks, trust me, I am on Day 19 and it has been up an down but it is 100% better than being addicted and out of control. I wish you all the best, DON'T GIVE UP!

Congratulations! Do just what you are doing - focus on the benefits of changing and how much better you feel and how much better the day is because you are not drinking. Keep your head up, pat yourself on the back and take it one day at a time.

This here is the key. Set your confidence level arbitrarily at 100% and run with it. Anything that contradicts this idea is just your addiction talking.
