Welcome! I'm glad you found us.
I don't have much personal experience with pills. I have heard that withdraw from benzos can be difficult and quite dangerous. Have you spoken with your doctor about that?

Yeah i have talked to dr my thing is i never seem to get past day one cuz its easier to use then to suffer greatly as i am today its my mind playing tricks on me idk so far i am still clean but every second seems like eternity in HELL
When you spoke with your Doc, did he have any suggestions, besides Sub, to quit? Is an inpatient treatment center a possibility for you? Is it time to find a new doctor more versed in addiction treatment?

I think PaperDoll's suggestion of inpatient treatment is a good one. It's so hard to beat this stuff on our own. If you can't do the full program, some rehabs offer a medical detox (usually 3-5 days).
I'm sorry you have to go through this, but really, if you can't do it on your own, I'd at least talk to my doctor again. :ghug3
