Several days of tension headaches

I'm now on day 26. I'm not sure the reason of my recent headaches, but I think it may be an effect of not keeping my brain numb.

Not that big of a deal just a little annoying.

I've also been adding quite a bit of exercise so the headaches may be caused by the muscles in my neck getting used again.

Other than that, all is well, although I feel like I could use a nice relaxing sit on a beach :-) (who couldn't huh?)

Great job Wyldwest!! I had terrible tension headaches around that time too, you should see a doctor if they're really bad. I just took tylenol and drank lots and lots of water. They lasted about 2 weeks or so. I don't get them anymore, I'm around day 70, hang in there, it gets loads better!
