Back.... AGAIN!
Well after having a couple of "failed attempts" at AA I have decided that it is about time to come back... I went back out, only drinking every now and then over the summer and over the past few months.. and to be honest is was all fun and all that jazz.... For the most part, but I know that if I continue down this path again, it will no longer be a party, or a good time... I know I will end up where I was a couple years ago...
So.. you can mark me up as a new member of the Class of October 2011... I've been sober for a week now, and I am glad to say that I am back for another go around..
Now I just got to figure out some way to get my butt to a meeting.

Call the AA hotline in your phone book and tell them you need a ride to a meeting.

Well I called up a friend after some hesitation and she is going to be giving me a ride to a meeting tonight... For some reason I am so damn nervous, I've been to hundreds of meetings, but this time just feels different... In a good way I think.
